Avoid too general questions like “What’s the company culture like?”. Be specific: see below here some tips, ideas and examples.
And avoid asking question about information that can be found online on their website.

Think about what’s most important for you in the job: what aspects of the job are crucial for you and will make an impact on your overall and long term satisfaction?
Everyone has different needs and priorities, focus on what’s most important for you (..hybrid work, professional development, flexible timetable, working in international environments, receiving structured feedback.. ) - make sure to gather information around those areas!

It helps to understand not only what you might want to show and develop long-term, but it’s also an indicator of what the company values.
